Put simply, Voice over Internet Protocol is, Internet Telephony – the transmission of voice traffic over a dedicated high speed connection, instead of traditional wires.
Depending on the size of your business, you can choose from “single analogue”, which is used mainly to call, fax and get broadband. If you have the need to take more than one call at a time on the same telephone number, you may prefer to opt for “multi-line analogue”. Although if you need to do two things at once, such as making calls, watching video, using data, or faxing, you may find that “ISDN2e” is more suited to your needs and with this option, you can have more than one contact number. Finally, “ISDN30” does everything that ISDN2e does, but is available for between 8 to 30 channels, at once.
Even if you are tied to a contract, you can continue paying line rental to your existing provider, but get your calls from us at a more competitive rate. No hassle to you and we do all of the legwork
